Since 2015, the Pathy Foundation Fellowship has supported graduates of select Canadian universities in taking their next steps as changemakers—developing leadership skills through social initiatives around the world. With significant funding, world-class training and a powerful peer network, the Fellowship empowers young leaders to create lasting positive change in the communities they care about. As the Fellowship entered its second decade and expanded eligibility to universities across Canada, the organization needed a refreshed brand and website to showcase Fellows’ global impact and to inspire the next generation of changemakers.

Through our TRUE Process, Spruce developed a brand strategy rooted in community and designed a sophisticated, dynamic visual identity that reflects how each Fellow’s journey is shaped by purpose, place and lived experience. We created a storytelling-driven WordPress website that highlights Fellows’ journeys while prioritizing an engaging user experience. Delivered on a tight four-month timeline to align with the 2025 call for applications, the new brand and website embody the transformative power of forging your own path toward impact.
